Mr. Whetsel's process expertise is outstanding. My wife and I purchased our new/first home as a short sale (BoA owned). Lets just say that we were prepared for a lengthy, difficult process. The process, at least for us, was as smooth as a conventional sale. Mr. Whetsel and his team keep a lot of the difficulties, and stresses that dont need to be introduced to the buyer away, creating a positive purchase experience.
Responsiveness, Mr. Whetsel twice responded to texts I sent him late at night that I intended for him to view the next morning. One reply was at 4am.
